This website provides an online eligibility checker and enquiry form to help UK consumers determine whether they may have a viable claim relating to mis-sold PCP or HP car finance agreements. Our service includes:

Our service is provided on a no-win, no-fee basis.

The exact success fee percentage will be set out in the client agreement you sign before we begin working on your claim. Please read it carefully. You have 14 days from signing to cancel at no cost. A cancellation fee may apply if you cancel after this period.
